- Stroll on the Promenade with spectacular views of Manhattan OMG!
- Jane’s Carousel is housed in a seven-million-dollar glass cube at the water’s edge with spectacular views of The Brooklyn Bridge. It’s a great photo to brag about and it’s the perfect place for a family photo.
- Visit the Old Stone House, a most significant site during The Battle of Brooklyn in The Revolutionary War. A regiment from Maryland captured the stone house and doing so enabled Washington to escape to Manhattan that turned the battle in favor of The Revolutionary Army.
- The Bronx is optional because it’s a bit out of the way and there’s not much as Brooklyn. Yankee Stadium, The Grand Concourse and Little Italy are terrific. Dion and The Belmonts, a 1950’s band, lived there.
- Visit America’s first suburb, Brooklyn Heights, and DUMBO (“down under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass.”
