A: Our tours are built on two principles:
1. It's your tour. You "Select, Cut, and Paste" it. See and enjoy only what you want.
2. If it isn't fun, it isn't a tour!
Q: How do I arrange a tour?
A: Simple! Please call me (212-222-1441) or submit the "contact me"
form at the bottom of any page.
Q: Can I change my tour plan?
A: Sure. Step into your vehicle of choice; add or subtract sites that you
wish at any time. Prior day change of vehicle requests honored if available.
Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: Rates are all inclusive, except for a small hired vehicle tax (Sedan $5 @ hr;
SUV $6 @ hr and Luxury Van $7 @ hr. Tipping is optional for superior service.
Q: Do you provide out of Manhattan excursions?
A: Yes! Hyde Park, West Point Military Academy, The Hamptons and even where your parents were raised, etc.
Q: What is the largest capacity bus? Are restrooms available on buses?
A: 53 guests is the maximum. Restrooms are available if requested on luxury buses.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Only for large groups or tours that are of long duration or multiple dates. Purchase of group tickets such as Top of the Rock, Ellis Island, The Empire State Building, Circle line, etc. require payment in advance.
Q: Can I alter the starting time of my tour or lengthen it?
A: Absolutely!
After confirmation of your tour wishes with us, a refundable* booking deposit or full payment is payable via google checkout. Thank you.
* All payments are 100% refundable upon minimum of 72 hours cancellation prior to tour via email or telephone.
